I had a health screening in the office. The person who measured my BMI and body fat says that my body fat is too high for someone my age and I have gained weight :(
Yes girls are obssessed about their weight. But I have a valid reason now. I'm really too fat. Too much calories, too little energy is used to burn my calories, hence build up in body as fats. Exercise buddy anyone?
And I have low blood pressure. Probably too little iron and calcium in diet, which results in dizzy spells. Think I really have to learn to eat more healthily.
One more thing, too much acid in my urine, results of Vit C (never drink enough water to dissolve it)
So it's more water, vegetables and exercise. No dieting unhealthily because it will result in yoyo effect. Lose weight fast, gain weight even faster.
This is truly an entry of randomness, i wish I can concentrate on work.
